The best Hyatt Related Experience I’ve had!!!

The Best Hyatt related experience I’ve had. I have not been happy with Hyatt recently. I stopped staying at Hyatt’s in June due to horrendous experience’s I’ve had at the Park Hyatt Chicago. I switched to the Peninsula and Ritz Carlton brand in Chicago and had my immediate colleges switch as well. Hyatt really should send their management team at Park Hyatt Chicago to The Wellem for training on how a world class hotel is run, maintained and treats their guests.. My stay at your hotel has turned me around on the Hyatt brand. I’m my opinion it should be a 6 tier hotel in the brand!! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, perfect location

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. The staff is extremely friendly and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The room is modern, extremely clean, the bed is wonderful and the hotel decoration is fabulous. The beautiful lobby bar with live piano music was something unforgettable. The breakfast area is cozy, food well prepared and tasty. The hotel location is superb. Very quiet and at the city center at the same time. Restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, all in a walking distance. What a wonderful stay we had. I look forward to returning to Düsseldorf and staying at The Wellem again.

An Epitome of An Excellent and Luxurious Hotel

Without a doubt one of the favorite hotels we stayed in Germany! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff, there was a sense of personal touch as they mentioned our name upon check-in and we were upgraded to a Suite. The staff were extremely friendly, the Wohnzimmer bar was very flexible (appreciate this!) and the receptionist and the bar staff deserve a special thanks. We had a great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. We met the general manager after we have parked our car in a very secured and celestially clean basement parking space. The general manager, Mr. Till Westheuser, was so accommodating and friendly where we sensed why all the staff we met were all-smiling and approachable. The hotel is centrally located which we always look for every time we go on a leisure trip. The room is huge and immaculately clean which is a necessity specially during this time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others having leisure trip.
