Delicious Indian food which caters for all

As a British-Indian I was mesmerised by the authentic Indian flavours tonight at Mantra. It is amongst the best Indian restaurants I’ve dined at in recent years, and with super friendly staff it has a homely feel. It has an accomplished menu with all the old favourites, plus plenty of original recipes which will keep me coming back in future. Vegans and veggies are also very welcome. In fact, there’s a menu dedicated to these diners. Looking forward to returning on my next visit to Arnhem! Gavin

Excellent Authentic Indian Food

We returned to Mantra 2 times recently (it had been years!) and both times really happy with the experience! There’s plenty of choice of vegetarian, meat and vegan dishes. My husband and I found the food to be authentic and the owner is just lovely. Because i wanted to have my curry a bit spicy I was able to ask for that - they make the sauce fresh, so they can also adjust the “heat” for you. Many Indian restaurants premake everything and that can be disappointing when you want spicy food. In summary, great food, authentic, friendly and plenty of choice for everyone. We look forward to returning!

Excellent night

I have given this a review of 5 based on my experience of indian places I’ve tried in continental Europe and not based against our own british curries. We had a great night here and all our party enjoyed all the food we ordered plus the german pilsner they served. Our host came out with a sample of our curries to check the spice level with us which was nice and he was a delight to chat with. Reasonably priced I would recommend if in the area.

Outstanding

As a Brit living in Europe I’m always looking for a good curry, and rarely do I actually find one. The meal at Mantra Indian restaurant in Arnhem was by far the best curry I have had outside of the UK. A group of 7 ate here recently and our tastes ranged from mild up to the hottest Vindaloo. All of us loved what we were served and the attention to detail, plentiful side-orders and generous portions was top notch. I will come again
