About us

FoodVia: local meals for everybody. We serve a 3-course surprise dinner in the evening or a surprise lunch small or large. At FoodVia we make delicious and honest food from local ingredients. Good healthy meals for a good price. In an attractive contemporary restaurant with a living room feeling, we like to take guests on a journey to a sustainable food system. Our products are local and / or organic and the dishes change weekly and sometimes daily. An Arnhem illustrator has transformed FoodVia into a special place. To prevent waste, all existing materials are reused, only the food is fresh. The entire cooking concept is designed to prevent waste. We cook with the seasons and have vegetables in the lead. We also have local meat for meat lovers. You can also come to us for coffee, (chai-)tea, homemade cakes and drinks. FoodVia is also a great place to work. On Sundays we have the opportunity to play games, have fun and drink and eat all-inclusive, we call it: Jack of hearts & Bubbles.

Great food and service in central Arnhem

Went here for saturdaynight dinner with my wife. They offer a great and tasteful 20 EUR 3-course surprise menu that is made out of fresh ingredients (vega and meat options available). Great and friendly service.

Very nice concepts foodwise and social interaction wise

Very new restaurant which yet has to gain a clientele. This restaurant deserves a large clientele, because it is very keen on the environment, the production of food locally and sustainable, the prevention of food waste and has a special concept for eating together. If you wish you can have a seat on a long table together with other people (strangers at first) which can lead to interesting conversations and new contacts. Besides all these good characteristics, being a restaurant, I should also write about the food. In one word it was excellent. I had a vegetarian dish. It was a combination of various fresh greens with a lot of different tastes. Very nice. Also the home made ice cream was delicious. And then the personnel. The owner, she was very amicable and the personnel was very friendly and correct. And, being single and without having an excessive urge to cook that evening, it was very nice dining with a table companion. All in all, I had a very nice diner.

nice and healthy food

The food we ate was very nice and tasty. They offer what they say, healthy food for everyone, the price is very much affordable and we loved the place! we will surely try again next time we visit Arnhem
