Unique restaurant experience

Amazing restaurant. We had the 7 course meal and it was fantastic. They experiment with taste, textures and the presentation of the food which creates a unique experience. Only advised for people who are open-minded and are prepared to be surprised. The food is wel prepared and enough.

Wow... Surprising

Surprising to find a restaurant like this in a little village like Stolwijk. Very good food, excellent quality. Owner is a genuine nice guy. And a very good cook. Visit it and be surprised.

Best Restaurant I’ve ever been too

The restaurant is situated in a quite little village, the service is perfect & the food is sublime. We chose for a 5 course surprise menu with a wine arrangement. All the dishes where amazing see the photos for an impression of the dishes we had. Every dish is thought out to the nth degree, with respect too balance in taste & presentation. This restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star. If it does not get one soon I will be very surprised.

Fine dining in the countryside

We had dinner in this restaurant and it was an excellent experience. We were welcomed by a friendly hostess and escorted to our table. We kicked off with a nice glass of Prosecco combined with some nice amuses. This was followed by a five course dinner with delicious and lovely presented dishes. Three of these stood out for me, being a fantastic veal tartare to start with, followed by a lovely green peas experience and beautifully presented dish with Paice. The main with duck was a bit disappointing as the anounced crispy skin was more greassy than crispy. Desert was fine but didn’t get a high mark. We didn’t go for the offered wine pairing but decided to make a choice out the nice wine list, drinking a Chilean Chardonnay followed by a great Santenay. We rounded off with a nice cup of coffee with a set of home made sweets. Service was immaculate and friendly. All in all a great experience.
